Which item is included in the first 10 amendments to the Constitution?
IRISSAK [1]

Answer: search only with probable cause

Explanation:

The first 10 Amendments are meant to protect the rights of American citizens with the logic being that if these rights are included in the Constitution, it would be harder for the government to deny the citizens of it.

The 4th Amendment includes one of those rights which is the right of citizens to not be searched by agents of the government without probable cause and if this is done, whatever is found cannot be used as evidence against the citizen in question.

How did the axis powers gain control of europe from 1930 through the beginning of world war ii in september 1939?
soldi70 [24.7K]
Germany, Italy, and Japan had settled an alliance were they would not get into each other's way when expanding territory. The main reason why the axis powers were able to gain control of a large part of Europe was due to the League of Nations feeding Germany trying to keep peace and stop them without causing a war, sadly failing while in the process.

Why was the assassination of Franz Ferdinand so important
kirill115 [55]
People believe its what sparked WWI. The story is actually very funny. Six assassins tried, one chichekend out, the other threw a granade, which bounced off the car and so he took an expired cynide pill and jumped intot he river. it was 6 inches deep, so he went to jail, and one was hungry, so he was ordering a sandwich, and Franz took a wrong turn, and so the assassin killed him. the rest of the assassins just gave up and went home. And thats the start of WWI
