The conjugation of the present tense of the verb <em>estar:</em>

3. él/ella/usted está                          3. ellos/as/ustedes están

The basic use of this verb is to indicate the location of the people/things.

The sentences 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 13 show the examples of the location of the people (where they are in the moment of speaking).

The another usage is of a our health condition (how we feel at the moment of speaking).
