stretch your eyeballs out more by pushing your eyeball out of the socket, then grab the comea and the back of the eyeball. Stretch it out only a little bit, not too hard or you will tear the eyeball apart, dont grip too hard or you'll crush your eyeball. proceed to do this method 3 times a day, 21 times a week.
