Is it okay for a citizen to rise up against the government? What/when would make this morally right or wrong?

Answer:

I believe this question can only be answered with an opinion so that's what I'll give you. At any time at all, if a citizen is being denied human rights, it's completely okay to rise against the government. Whether that be protest or boycotts.
