*ring*  *ring*  *ring*. "Hello"? "hey honey how was work"? "Carey i don't want to talk about it ok? I had a rough day". "Well ok then..bye sweetie". *click* These last few days have been pretty stressful for me at work. My wife is doing part time school and i can barley afford it. Ive been asking my boss if there is anyway i can make more money. He said,"blake...your a garbage man. you make what I say you make"! Well **** you randy. With the kids, her school and just standard living cost...were starting to drown in debt.

*door opens* "Hey dear...i wont bother you about work but we got's you a hot meal ready for you"! "Ahh thank you dear". *kiss*

I love Carey more than the world it's self. She does everything she can to help out at home. Or, at least I thought. "Ok kids, time to eat"! The kids Rudolf and Tryden come running down stair like they always do. carey always says the prayer before we eat. "Bless us, oh Lord. Bless us, oh Lord, and these thy gifts which we are about to receive from thy bounty through Christ..." After we ate me and Carey had to talk so we sent the kid off on their way upstairs to play.

Carey were drowning in de-", "You don't think i know that"?

"HEY, dont snap at me ok?! I've been doing what i can..." well Blake I'm sorry to say its not good enough...your going to need to get a new job". What she said angered me because im doing all i can to help this family heck lord knows it. "Look I cant just get a new job! its hard ya know"! "You don't think taking care of the house it hard? I need more help with the kids! You don't think its hard with cooking and school"? Now she's done it.

"Hun right now I'm paying for the food, school clothes, everything! Hun I'm trying"! "well we need more"! At that moment I couldn't take much more of this...argument. These have been much to common. I stormed out of the house, got in my car, and drove outta there. I had to clear my mind.

I drove to my personal mind clearing place. I went inside the Catholic church and walked up to the giant cross on the wall. "Gentle Jesus, stay beside me through this night. Take away my pain. Keep me safe. Help me in my fear. Make my body strong again and my heart glad. Thank you for your love which surrounds me always". "Amen". After saying my prayer I opened my eyes and had this feeling. This feeling of I was forgetting something. I felt something in my pocket. "Heh, oh my heavens" It was the lottery ticket a bought at a gas station before i left for work. A 20 buck scratch off but hey I was feeling really lucky. I held this ticket in my had and felt a tension between the ticket and the cross. I scratched the ticket. "Oh my lord". My heart sank. I won 10,000 dollars.

Which part of this excerpt from Charles Dickens's Oliver Twist suggests a trace of humane feeling in Mr. Bumble's character? For
Neko [114]
In my opinion, the pat that suggests a trace of human feeling in Mr. Bumble's character is the following one: "<span>Mr. Bumble regarded Oliver's piteous and helpless look, with some astonishment, for a few seconds; hemmed three or four times in a husky manner; and after muttering something about 'that troublesome cough,' bade Oliver dry his eyes and be a good boy." Even though he has treated Oliver cruelly and severely, when he sees Oliver's distress, Mr. Bumble seems to feel some compassion for a moment.</span>

Which parts of this passage from chapter 6 of Emily Brontë's Wuthering Heights illustrate that Hindley’s wife did not belong to
pshichka [43]
The correct option is A. What she was, and where she was born, he never informed us: probably, she had neither money nor name to recommend her, or he would scarcely have kept the union from his father<span>. This part of the passage clearly tells the reader that the woman probably wasn't from the upper class, nor did she look the part. If she were an upper-class lady, Hindley would have told his father about his marriage. Plus, this is a narrative told by Nelly, a domestic servant and therefore a working-class woman, who can certainly recognize someone who looks and acts like a low-born.</span>
