The correct answer is - NAFTA boosted exports of electronic goods.

The United States are one of the biggest producers of electronic goods in the world, but the tariffs were making problem for their export because their prices were higher like that, thus people in the other countries were more limited in buying them.

With the formation of NAFTA, the tariffs were cut off, so the trade became free between the three big North American countries. That led to lower prices of the electronic goods, so much more people were able to buy them, which led to a boom in their exports.
