I believe that there's no such thing as a perfect friend. However, an ideal friend should be supportive, caring, and able to love you unconditionally. A friend will always retain your closure with him even though you have not seen or bonded with him for years. He will always be with you, despite the problems that he is facing or how busy he is. Having a friend means having someone who stays by your side through ups and downs, who will defend you even though you aren't there, and who will move hell and high water just to prove that he cares for you.
She may be considered comical due her lack of control in stating her opinions when talking to other characters. She makes an answer up for her own question as to why they were so underprivileged to have not had the chance and this is comical because it shows how her character is quick to judge.
