Answer:

1

Step-by-step explanation:

1                                                                         5

--                x            5                     =                ----    =          1

5                                                                         5

Numerator x 2nd number equals the product numerator;  1 x 5 = 5

                                                                                                          -----

Denominator gets carried across                                                      5

5/5 =1

1                               5                                          5

--                x            ---                     =                 ----    =          1

5                              1                                           5

Multiply across for both the numerator and denominator and simplify.

What is the answer to this math
pogonyaev
The answer is 5 books.
1 book per 20 books, since its 100 books you do 100/20.
Getting 5 times 20 went into those books, and because per stack of 20 you got 1 you end up with 5 books.
Hope this helps :P

12. I don’t know how to do it
Nostrana [21]

Answer:

BC = 50

Step-by-step explanation:

I believe what I'm doing is correct but to be completely honest with you, I haven't done this in a while lol

Okay so...

You would do

1. 6y-16 = 4y+6

You would subtract 4 from 6...

2. 2y-16 = 6

You would then add 16 to 6...

3. 2y = 22

Then, divide 2 from 22...

4. y = 11

Substitute into BC...

5. 6 (11) - 16 = 66 - 16 = 50

Then, you get your final answer...

6. BC = 50

I hope it's right. Good luck ^^
