Maybe, for a research paper you could do it on, if fidget spinners really do help people with ADHD or your temptations to tap on the table or desk. Lol
Something that is answered from evidence
Some people do it because it is the easier way of getting rid of garbage and some do it as a joke or because they think it is cool.
You can add more garbage cans and or make fliers saying why it is bad but otherwise I have no clue why people do it! :)
