The angle diagonal from 2 is 109 because it mirrors the same measurements as the one on the left. Angle 2 is the same angle as 109 degrees because it's a vertical angle. All vertical angles are equal.

Because the same line on the bottom runs through the parallel lines then the same angles apply to both on the bottom. The right one is a 90 degree angle

which makes both 3 and 4 90 degrees because 90 + 90 equals a straight line 180 degrees.
