Explanation:

The Chinook tribe having lived close to the Pacific Ocean for thousands of years were known to be skilled in the the art of boat building, they were good water navigators and also skilled fishermen.

The Penobscot tribe on the other hand are a group of native Americans who live in the coast opposite. These people are skilled in hunting and are also masters in canoe building Even though there methods are different method to that of the Chinook. They make their canoes with birch bark and not a hallowed tree trunk.
