On December 13, 2000, after an exhausting 36-day Florida recount dispute, Al Gore finally conceded the presidency to George W. Bush.  

By winning Florida, Bush had narrowly won the electoral vote against Gore. However, Gore won the popular vote over Bush, in the first inversion of the popular and electoral vote after 1888.

Es decir, cada semana aproximadamente 1 millón de personas tendrían que salir de la pobreza durante los próximos 15 años. ¿Es posible?
