They came because of Rinderpest. Before coming to South America, Africans in Africa depended on cattle such as cows to thrive. But Rinderpest brought to Africa by foriegners began to spread, and the cattle started to suffered from fevers, inflammation in the brain and dysentery. They also had major problems with Europeans and their industries. So they decided to settle in South America.

The one answer that I am missing among the options, but which is the correct one is: the geography of the region ( I assume that that's what was instead of the "7" in the first option).
It was very mountainous, with valleys and islands on which people lived -meaning there was a natural separation between the different settlements.
