How they Deliver

I say this in a way that their point they are getting at is not as "directive", as not everyone is as open to talk about their problem's I believe this way of not being as directive is benefitable to those.

<u>Characteristic 2:</u>

Being Respectful

This is a universal characteristic must be implemented reasoning behind this is because people come to therapists to discus their problems and also not to be judged.  If a therapist is judgmental they aren't fit for that position because people not only come to you for help but also for emotional support.

These are both characteristics a therapist should have because it builds character and is needed for their career.

3. Drink more water and fewer sugary drinks: Staying properly hydrated helps the body's cells to function more efficiently. Cutting back on sugary drinks is good for your dental health, your weight, and your budget.

Physical fitness

1. Balance: exercises can make it easier to walk on uneven surfaces and help prevent falls. To improve your balance, try tai chi or exercises like standing on one leg

2. Flexibility: exercises stretch your muscles and can help your body stay limber. Yoga and doing various stretches can make you more flexible.

3. Strength, or resistance training: exercises make your muscles stronger. Some examples are lifting weights and using a resistance band.
