Write a description of a place that has interesting animals. Use at least two proper nouns
saul85 [17]
In Africa, there are many exciting animals. The tundra is a hub for hundreds of different animals; zebras run in herds across the grass, lions chasing after them. In Zimbabwe, the most well-known area is Lake Victoria. Here elephants gather to drink water, the liquid reflecting their faces and distorting them as the sun gleams off the surface. In nearby trees, bulbuls and finches chirp merrily while antelope graze nearby. The African tundra is home to an innumerable amount of unique species, making it one of the most beautiful places in the world.

(I emboldened all proper nouns for your convenience.)

Hope this helps!

The late-arriving cashier was scolded by the manager.

Can you make it active?
kodGreya [7K]
An active sentence means that the actions are being done to the subjects. So, in this case, your subject would be the late arriving cashier. One way to make this an active sentence would be to say, “The late-arriving cashier was being scolded by the manager.” I’m sure you can come up with different ways, but feel free to use that and I hope it helps! :)
