Answer:

It confirmed the constitutional doctrine of Congress’s implied powers.

Explanation:

The effect of McCulloch v. Maryland (1819) is that "It confirmed the constitutional doctrine of Congress’s implied powers."

This is evident in the fact that the supreme court under Justice John Marshall ruled that the Congress had the jurisdiction to establish a national bank, even though the United States Constitution is not explicit on corporation establishment as well as the chartering of banks.

This outcome led to the constitutional doctrine of Congress's implied power such that Congress possess powers outrighy spelt out by the United States Constitution including those power that can aid such power to carry out those specifically described by the constitution.

Why did so many immigrants back then and poor citizens love their city bosses so much?
Maksim231197 [3]
City bosses were admired by immigrants and poor citizens because they provided jobs for these individuals. Many immigrants struggled when coming to America because they did not know the language. This limited the places where they could work. So when city bosses offered them jobs, they were excited at the opportunity to make money in order to support their family.

The cold war was a result of?
ahrayia [7]

The Cold War was the result of the build up of tension between the US and USSR following WWII & the expansion of each nation's ideals and beliefs.

The US & USSR were odd allies, who, without Axis aggression, would not have worked together in the first place. Both sides had different economic systems that were against each other, as well as different political beliefs on how government and the rights of people should be laid out. The Cold War was the result of increased tension that led to both sides trying to become more superior to the other (which in the end led to arm races, complex alliances, and proxy wars).
