just take time to heal, ask for help, try your best to stay positive there's a chance meds can make it worse its best to get rid of it naturally. spend time with others don't push them away.. cry when you need to and don't fake emotions < it'll only hurt you more. distract yourself, NO self harm think of others too.. find someone you trust to talk to.
