The challenges of being a leader are so many different things. for an example, you’re basically a role model to so many people. your actions defines the person you are. if you do something wrong, it shows that it’s okay for others to do so. it’s hard to be a leader. you can’t make any mistakes or else it would be very bad
The fact that you have accepted a leadership role is a change all to itself, but everyday is filled with possibilities for change. Some of them are things that you have chosen and others are the luck of the draw. Your role as a leader is to not get off balance because of change. You either have to see it coming and prepare or be able to handle it on the fly because both things are inevitable.
The famous tragic element that occurs here is the reversal of fortunes. Although he was once high and mighty, in the end he remains to suffer until the end of his life because of everything he's done.
