What is more important the robust of public domain or the well being of private interests?
Darya [45]

Answer:

The well being of private citizens is more important.

Explanation:

The public domain has as its  primary duty the defense of the interests of civil society. If the state is better organized, more robust, it can help society to flourish. However, the well being of the state is subservient to the wellbeing of each citizen, private interests. Furthermore, civil society is the source of governance insofar as i) government officials are elected from civil society and ii) public policy serves the private interests of the people. So in a society it is indispensable to have a more robust state and a better- served civil society, keeping in mind the order of importance.

Who is first african american president
Marina CMI [18]

Answer:

First ever black president John Hanson.   first american black president  Barrack Obama.

Explanatin:

Someone that I know has been posting that Barack Obama is not the first African-American President, that indeed there was an African-American President before him, John Hanson.

I did my own research and found that John Hanson was the President of the Constitutional Congress, something quite different than the President of the United States (considering the United States wasn't even formed then). I also found that the John Hanson that was the President of the Constitutional Congress was not African, he was indeed Swedish.

I have found web sites that claim there is a cover-up about John Hanson and say that he was an African and that history has been changed to make him appear white. They have a photo of a man that they claim to be him. However, I don't believe these claims. I don't know who the man in the photos is, but I do know that there was a John Hanson who lived a hundred years after the John Hanson that I'm looking for, he was from Liberia and African—but NOT the president of the Constitutional Congress.

Answer

John Hanson, who held the office that was known officially as "President of the United States in Congress Assembled" from November 5, 1781 to November 4, 1782, died in November 1783 long before the invention of photography. The African-American man in the photograph that you saw on a website could not have been this John Hanson.

What message is Roosevelt trying to convey . Elenor Roosevelt's speech , what libraries mean to the nation
raketka [301]

Answer:

A higher priority is needed on learning rather than material concerns

Explanation:

In Elenor Roosevelt's speech, the speech shows an emotional appeal that indicates the transfers of hopes from the present generation to the coming future generation. For that, the older generation must make a huge contribution to open the future for the coming generation.

In his speech, Roosevelt is arguing for education through which people can learn to live their lives with dignity. He argues to educate the children in their schools beyond the textbook teaches them. He says to teach the children the value of books and importance of libraries.

He also speaks that it is important to teach and educate our adults along with our children for the sake of education and not only for getting job.
