Dealing with England. After the Revolutionary War, the country went into chaos because the colonists fought the war to end taxes, and when they won, they could not tax because they just fought to end taxation. The government was weak for this reason because anything it tried to enforce could be ignored and the states did not bother listening. It's almost like a teacher (government) in a classroom (America) with 13 students (the 13 colonies) who ignored the teacher when she/he tried giving orders. This led to anarchy until the government rewrote the constitution to make a three branch Federal Government to make laws, make sure the laws were constitutional, and lastly enforce the laws. srry if this wasn't helpful i just dont know how to say it i maybe e or d

What causes laws to be wisely formed and honestly administered
lesya692 [45]
Astute and legitimate laws require a knowledgeable citizenry.

Amid America's war for autonomy, Jefferson committed a lot of his opportunity to re-composing Virginia's laws. This is one of his most renowned, accommodating openly financed instruction for young men AND young ladies. It required an arrangement of essential and linguistic use schools all through the state, in addition to grants for cutting edge instruction generally advantageous yet most ruined understudies.
What was the association amongst training and insightful laws with legit chairmen? Somewhere else in the Preamble Jefferson states that the best way to have these sorts of laws, genuinely and carefully directed, was to have a knowledgeable citizenry.

Transcript of Ancient Chinese Philosophy QuotesAncient Chinese Philosophy Quotes
"A good leader is one who is virtuous and kind towards his subjects in exchange for their loyalty."
I think that the key concepts in this quote are good leaders are kind to their followers in exchange for their devotion. This quote was said by Confucius, it means "the teachings of Confucius emphasizing love for humanity; high value given to learning and to devotion to family (including ancestors); peace; justice; influenced the traditional culture of China" that was the definition from Audio English . Confucius believed in Confucianism, is a way to live by things you should do and how you should behave. People think is more of a philosophy than a religion. Confucius or real name Kong Qiu he was said to be very wise even as a child. Once he got out of school he had gotten wiser.
By Elsie Pagel
“There is crime to the degree the government interferes and meddles in individuals’ lives.”
I think this quote means that when bad things happen, the government needs to step in which messes with other people's lives. Laozi said that quote, he was born in Quren a village in the distract of Hu. Laozi believes in Taoism, Taoism believes that "a Chinese sect claiming to follow the teaching of Lao-tzu but incorporating pantheism and sorcery in addition to Taoism" That definition was from Audio English. A cool thing that Laozi did was hold a meeting with young Confiucus and old Doaist . Even though Laozi blamed Confucius for his pride and ambition, while Confucius compared Laozi to a dragon.
Reflection Questions
“No country is permanently strong. Nor is any country permanently weak. If conformers to law are strong, the country is strong; if conformers to law are weak, the country is weak.”
I think that this quote means if the people in the country are weak, then the country is weak and the same with strength. No country is permanently strong or weak. Dao said this quote. Dao believed in Daoism which teaches how to act towards oneself and nature.

I believe the three things that would create an ideal society would be a central government that keeps out of people's lives. I think that in every state, individuals should be able to pump their own gas. Lastly, I believe that there needs to be a greater desire to work and reward for doing a good job.More presentations by Elsie Pagel4.07 Linear and Exponential GrowthAliveSupporters of the War
