What happens if you get reported for no reason?

I think they look into it and ask the person who reported why they did it?

You'll get a warning. But even if you get reported and your answer is still there, I don't think that really matters, most people here like to report someone for no reason. And if all your answers get reported or get deleted you'll most likely get banned for a day? cuz that's what happened to me.
