The cause was the treaty of Versailles on Germany after world war 1 which recked its economy but when Hitler came along, saing he could fix it, everyone believed and thats how he came from a citizen To prime minister, to dictator. Italy also was part of it cause even though they won, they were expecting a lot of lang to be gained but they only games a little bit and every one was mad so another facist dictator came along and ruled Italy.
