Getting along with the people around you is an important skill that generally requires a good attitude, so I could observe how well my employees get along with each other. I could also See the product or outcome of their collaboration.

I think I am weakest at productivity. I always submit my work on time, however, I also almost always procrastinate. One thing I could do to improve at it is create a schedule, with a schedule I can set my due dates earlier so that I get work done quicker and have time for other things as well.

I think Samsung is an innovative company. They make phones as well as household appliances. One of their most innovative products in my opinion is the Samsung fridge, it has a touch screen on which you can play games and send messages on. Also the latest Samsung Galaxy is very innovative. It brought back flip phones in a much more stylish way.

If you are presenting something like a progress report, or if you are pitching an idea, you would need to use speaking skills

Maintaining good eye contact can mean that you are confident in yourself. Having good posture can mean that you respect someone and that you are paying attention to them.

You would need writing skills when you are preparing an email to your boss, and also if you are reaching out to someone who you have never personally met before.

If you are making a business deal with someone but you guys have two different ideas, you could negotiate with them to try and have more of your ideas become part of the product.

I would use participative management because it seems like it is the closest thing to having everyone’s voice heard and also it would help in getting everyone involved.
