How do I want to be good in English and history and biology I am just grade five
zmey [24]

Answer:

There are a number of things you can do to excel in these subjects.

Explanation:

It is great that you want to become better in your subjects. You can become better in these subjects by studying. No one wants to hear it, but it helps tremendously. But that's not the only thing that can help.

History: I never loved History. In fact, I hated it. In 6th grade, you will start to get out of American history and go into World History, starting from the beginning of time. I always preferred US History. But the truth is, everyone is different. And you don't have to wait until you get to middle school to start learning the content. If you want to get better at the content you're studying now, I would urge you to research it more and delve into it. Actually know what you're learning.

Biology: I would strongly suggest you try out BrainPOP! You've probably already heard of it, maybe even used it in class before, but the content is so helpful! They have such a wide range of topics! Here is the link to the science BrainPOP videos.

Heredity was always my favorite, and it still is. You'll probably be learning heredity later this year, and you will again in 7th grade. Try filling out some Punnett Squares.

English: There are a number of things you can do to get better at this subject. Try learning at least one new word a day. Just one. And maybe, if you want a challenge, the next week, do two, and the next three and so on. You can keep a journal to improve your writing skills. Familiarize yourself with English grammar. Learn the writing rules. That's the amazing thing about English. It never gets "old." You can still learn more. Our language is changing every single day.

Good Luck!

Which of the following books would most likely be written in first person?
Dominik [7]
Of the following books, Around the World on Foot: The Autobiography of a Traveler, is most likely written in first person. Writing in first person means it is based directly from the author's perspective. In other words, it is based on the "I" point of view. Autobiographies are accounts or stories written by the person him or himself based on his or her own ideas or experiences. So the answer is letter A.

Which of the following statements best reflects Prufrock’s view of himself?
Elden [556K]
The correct answer is the second one.

Prufrock does not take risks. (He wonders if he even "dares to eat a peach" because he fears the effect a peach might have on his digestion.) His days are ordered and similar; he measures out his life in coffee spoons.

He does not consider himself attractive or adventurous; nor does he attribute his failings to bad luck. Quite simply, he is unable to take risks.
