Training a child in both technical and social terms means training that child to have both technical and social skills. Nowadays kids rarely have a perfect combination of both skills. To train a child to have technical skills, the child has to be well groomed in thinking and reasoning clearly, logically. While technical skills are mostly associated with nerds/introverts who lack social skills, social skills are attributed to outgoing kids or extroverts who are not necessarily technically skilled.

Training a child to have both social and technical skills have great benefits. By having good social skills, the child has better relationships with people because he is able to communicate better. Also great technical skills make for excellent career growth and impact on society.
