I am not going to tell you the answer. But I WILL tell you how to do it.

So a paint store is selling white and colored paint. The ratio is white TO colored paint, which is 3:7. So right now the store is selling 219 of white paint.

Divide 219 to 3. Those 2 numbers represent white paint. You need to figure how much COLORED paint there is. Do divide 219 to 3. After you get your quotient, multiply it with 7.
