One's persons view of the world could affect other's by having different opinions. Let's say that you take a really positive person versus a negative person... They're obviously going to think differently but if that positive person could have a good impact on the negative person these are some ways they could do that... Helping them in their time of need, spending quality time, and instead of them looking for problems they look for success. Those are some ways they could impact the negative persons life.
