He was forced to marry a women that he didn't love and was still in love with a different women and after the women that Dante really loved died in 1290 Dante wrote Vtia Nuova (The New Life) which is about his love for the women.
Dante Alighieri, an italian philosopher who due to political reasons related to Florence sovereignty was exiled from there; hence to critique the italian goverment he wrote the prodigious epic long poem <em>"Divina Comedia"</em> <em>(The Devine Comedy)</em>, likewise providing lessons to people on how to live ethically.
