in the workplace we can use perception to notice if something is wrong or if something needs to be fixed and communicate about it to make it better! It can help us stand up for whats right too in some cases because perception helps us become aware of a problem but once we are aware perception doesn't just go away we are still aware of the problem and will continue to be until it goes away! it helps communicate about it because we are more and more aware about the problem!
