Describe the organization of the constitution using the words preamble article and amendment
Romashka [77]
The Constitution begins with the Preamble, which states the basic mission and goal of the document, and then goes on to describe the different aspects of the government in varies articles. And since the Founding Fathers wanted the Constitution to be able to "adapt" to new times, they allowed for amendments to be made to it.

Can u help me i don't get what the mayor did with how the text was worded
borishaifa [10]

Answer:

Accepted

Explanation:

I would kind of sat erased as well, but I didn't choose that because when you pardon someone, you are accepting/forgiving them. It doesn't erase what you are accepting them of. In the first sentence, it mentions that the mayor offered a pardon. That means even though the protesters protested without a permit, since martin was there, he acknowledged it was for a good reason, therefore pardoned them.

Identify the role of women in american society before, during, and after world war i.
Softa [21]
DURING WORLD WAR I:

War tends to disrupt traditional norms surrounding gender and sexuality, and the First World War between 1914-1918 was no exception. Keep in mind, the U.S. did not become involved in the war until 1917.

During World War I, many women entered the workforce for the first time. With significant numbers of men away in Europe, women were needed in various capacities. It is believed over 20,000 women worked as nurses during the war. Others worked in clerical positions for the U.S. Government. Telephone and radio operators were also common positions for women.

On the home front, women assumed greater responsibility in public life as significant portions of the male population were 'over there' (as Europe was referred to during that time). Women too young or unable to work helped the war effort in various ways, such as planting 'victory' gardens.
