Another clear evidence of the lack of maintenance is the staircase conditions. They are dirty, and the staircase on the second and fourth floor has its rail broken. People continuously trip and fell from the stairs due to the rubbish that is on them. Besides, someone might fall from the second or fourth floor if you do not fix the rail.
I have been filing complaints for the past few months, but I have not received an answer or see any improvements in the building. I would like for the maintenance service to improve their services. They should take action in the building's problems so that the building becomes a safe place.
