A man who was outside in the rain without an umbrella or hat didn’t get a single hair on his head wet. Why?i put no space becaus

i am starting with 30 points the faster people answer the more points i add ex: answer in 1 min the next question will be 21 points and so on but the longer it takes to answer the less points ex: it takes 5 min to answer 5 points go down
