Being alone for a lot of time can actually help build up your mental health. It can actually cause happiness, improved stress problems. Being with someone 24/7 is not healthy, you can get annoyed, stressed, and many other things so it is important to have time to yourself to be able to express yourself, meditate, or cry, or even scream.
