Barbour and wright intimate that jefferson included in the declaration of independence a laundry list of alleged offenses that king george iii committed against the american colonists in order to convince their fellow colonists that they were doing the right thing in breaking from English ruling.
He stated that it is the duty of mankind to break free from a government when it has became a tyranny and don't guarantee human rights anymore. So, he included the list of alleged offenses in order to prove how the English government has become a tyranny against the colonies.

at the Battle of Lexington, in the early morning of April 19, 1775.
The 'battle" was actually a skirmish when British soldiers enroute to Concord came across armed colonial militiamen. After a brief exchange of fire, the Americans dispersed. It was not until later in the day that Minutemen, warned by Revere, Dawes, and others, routed a force of Redcoats at the Battle of Concord. These separate battles are often considered as a whole as the first open conflict in the war
1) Political: In Vietnam, just before the Vietnam war, the North Vietnamese wanted too unite all of Vietnam under communist rule. As the South Vietnamese government was a failure and hated by their own citizens, the Viet Cong was able to take over South Vietnam fairly easy.
2) Social: With the use of Social networks today, ISIS was able to recruit many of their soldiers. However, the challenge too this, is that the US Government had closed down many of the websites and blocked many people from leaving the country (Government challenged the ISIS in the usage of internet) (battle over the network)
3) Economic: As economies failed during the Great Depression, a German political group called the Nazi's challenged the newly created German government over the right of power. As the government failed to fix the problems, many of the germans wanted to change the government, and elected Hitler as Chancellor. Later on, Hitler became their leader.
these are so examples (yeah their bad people, i know) of how they rose to power. From these facts, we can learn how to keep history from repeating itself
hope this helps
