A = 2( (2*3) + (4*2) + (4*3) ) = 2( 6 + 8 + 12 ) = 2(26) = 52 so the answer for the first one is : 52in.^2 
and for the second one u should know the surface area of a cube is:
6x ^2 so the answer is:
6x^2 square unites :)))
