Read this description of the main character in the story "Olive and the Bees." Based on this description, what type of character

is Olive? In the beginning, Olive is confident about handling bees because she has read a book by a scientist. Her brother warns her that she needs to spend more time actually studying bees instead of relying on what she read in a book. But she ignores him. She catches one bee in a cloth and then tries to bring it back to its hive. Unfortunately, she gets stung by the bee. She rushes home and agrees to learn more about bees before going near them again. After taking some lessons from a beekeeper, she sees how the bees do not sting him.

The correct answer is "It is best described as an anecdote".

We consider an anecdote to be a personal account or retelling of a particular event or incident. The key word here is "personal". In the example given, we clearly see how the point of view is from the protagonist of a certain personal experience he had and the way he felt about it, constituting it as an anecdote.

We don't know for a fact Utopians don't care about riches, because we're only getting a single man's experience which in addition, cannot be proven.

An analogy recquires some sort of strong comparisson of metaphor that isn't really present in this excerpt.

Hope this helps!
