Answer:

The correct answer is: overused water resources.

Explanation:

According to reports, especially in the newspapers, like the New York Times, since the 1970´s, onwards, especially the 1980´s and 1990´s, the famous Sun Belt, all the states that make part of what is known as the sunnier and warmer side of the U.S, experienced two situations: migration explotion and inequality in growth, development and opportunities, when compared to other regions of the country, like the Northeast and the West, which had been for a time been replaced by the Sun Belt as the more attractive and opportunity-rich regions in the country. However, what has been seen is that this migration explotion did not come with constant and balanced development throughout the Sun Belt and some states and subregions have lagged behind, in part, because of the resources that are being used by the increasing population, including the water resources. This has also led to some of these subregions to be taken as some of the most poor, and are lagging behind other northern and western states as sources of opportunity for migrants.

Match the term on the left with its definition on the right: __ Acceleration A. This is a change in velocity per time. __ Balanc
rosijanka [135]

I have been able to match the terms with their correct definitions. Below are the terms:

Acceleration - A. This is a change in velocity per time.

Inertia - B. This is a measure of resistance to motion, by an object.

Unbalanced Force - C. This is what causes acceleration. Two forces acting opposite each other.

Newton's Second Law - D. This says the acceleration of an object increases by the force applied to it, and decreases based on its mass.

Force - E. In the second law of motion it is Mass X Acceleration. The ability to apply a change in velocity on a given object.

Friction- F. This is a force which resists all motion.

Net Force - G. This is the sum of all the forces applied to an object. It is usually separated into a horizontal and vertical component.

Motion - H. This is a change in the position of a body with respect to time relative to a reference point.

Newton's First Law - I. A law of motion that states that an object at rest stays at rest and one in motion stays in motion.

Newton's Third Law - J. For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.

Newton - K. This is the SI (metric) unit of force.

Velocity - L. This is an object's change in motion per unit time in a specified direction.

Direction - M. This is the line, or path along which something is moving, pointing, or aiming.

Speed - N. This is how fast or slow something is moving, and it does not take into direction.

Balanced forces - O. These are equal and opposite forces that do not cause a change in position or motion.

Gravity - P. This is an attractive force between any two objects due to mass.

From the above, we can see that the terms are related to motion.

What is motion?

Motion is known to be the action that takes place which results to the change of position or direction of a body. It is a branch of mechanics. Mechanics is the term used to show the study of the relationship that exists between motion, forces and energy.

The branch of mechanics that actually deals motion and forces is known as dynamics.
