Your supervisor incorrectly blames you for a failed project during a meeting. You want her to understand how much work you put i
marta [7]

Answer:

I ask for permission to explain that my supervisor is incorrect. I explain my work politely and show how this "failure" does not exist.

Explanation:

At this point, the important thing is to remain calm and in control. Your supervisor, like everyone else, is likely to get confused and blame people for things that are not their fault, or even find fault that does not exist.

In that case, you should wait for him to finish speaking, ask for permission to speak and explain how you did your job and show how your supervisor is wrong about the conclusion he made. This must be done calmly and politely, always maintaining respect.

1. Why is the direction of the wave of contraction so important in the heart?
Tasya [4]

Explanation:

The direction of waves of contraction in the heart are very important because they represent the cardiac contraction pathway. It begins from sinoatrial node due to spontaneous depolarization (nodal cells) and triggering of action potentials and transmission of the same to the cardiac cells taking part in the conduction pathway in the cardiac muscle fibers.

The blood flows from the right atrium to the right ventricle via the tricuspid valves when the atrium contracts and ventricles expand. Once the ventricles receive its full amount of blood the tricuspid valves shuts to prevent any backflow of blood into the atrium. When the ventricles contract, blood enter the aorta through the aortic valve.

Iron is an important mineral required by the body to produce the ‘heme’ part of the protein hemoglobin present in the red blood cells of the blood. Oxygen binds with hemoglobin and is carried via blood to various parts of the body. Hence intake of recommended dietary allowance of iron is very important since deficiency can lead to various conditions like anemia.

Polycythemia vera is a condition which leads to increased production of red blood cells. this increases the blood volume and thickens the blood and slows down the blood flow and causes blood clots. The slowness of blood flow and formation of blood clots can lead to heart failure and heart attacks respectively.

The wife of a dying man is ignoring his rapid physiological decline and imminent death. She continues with her usual activities,
Aleonysh [2.5K]

Answer:

"It isn't unusual for a family to suffer from antecipatory grief when a loved one is dying."

Explanation:

Many people have a hard time dealing with the death of a loved one. This difficulty is even greater when someone is from our family, and we really want to have him around. For this reason, many people suffer early mourning before their loved one dies, this mourning can be manifested in many ways, such as extreme sadness or simply ignoring the situation and acting as if nothing has happened. In the case of the woman exposed in the question, she is clearly suffering from the imminent death of her husband, at this point it is important that the staff of nurses provide therapeutic care with this woman. A therapeutic statement that the nurse can talk to this woman is "It is not unusual for a family to suffer from anticipatory grief when a loved one is dying."

Which activity is good for building strength?
svlad2 [7]

Crunches

In my educated opinion, crunches would be the best choice out of these options to build strength. A one mile run builds cardio, sit and reach and gymnastics build flexibility and some strength, crunches is strictly abdominal strength.
