Answer: D. Take up the White Man's burden— And reap his old reward: The blame of those ye better, The hate of those ye guard—

"The White Man's Burden" is a poem written by Rudyard Kipling. The "burden" refers to the responsibilities Kipling believed colonizers had towards colonized people. From his point of view, the societies that were colonized benefitted greatly from becoming colonies. England provided them with education, technology, health care, a new political system, etc. All things that Kipling believed every society needed and benefitted from.

In this line, Kipling argues that part of the burden is not being appreciated for your contribution. He says that those that you "better" (improve) or "guard" (protect) end up blaming you and hating you. He means that locals end up resenting and hating the colonizers, despite their contributions. He considers this part of the "white man's burden."

SOMEONE PLZ AEITE A WRITING PROMPT ABOUT THERE WINTER BREAK PLSSS
Anuta_ua [19.1K]

Answer: In winter Break, I had a lot of fun. On Christmas morning I woke up with joy and excitement to open the presents. I went to look under the tree and screamed to wake everyone up to come downstairs. I got all my presents and I started to open it up like I was dying. I got like 10 or more and I was so happy. Some of the presents I got were clothes. airpods, shoes, jewels, money and many more. After opening my presents I went to put it in my room and I came back downstairs. Then my mom gave me my clothes to wear for Christmas and I went upstairs to get ready. When I done, I went to get the presents for all my other friends and family friends. Then we got in the car and drove to Manhattan where our church was. We went to church and listened to what the pastor had said then. After I gave the presents to specific people who I had got presents for. Then they said Thank you and I said you're welcome. Then we went back home and then my aunt and uncle came from new jersey and came to spend the weekend with us. We made different kinds of special food and we put it on the table. My job was to get the cutlery and my sister job was to put the tablemats on the table. Then we all sat down and ate as much as we could. During that time I was playing among us with my sister on the Polus map. We were both imposter and we did a double kill in specimen. We almost got caught but good thing I sabotaged the lights lol. The body ended up getting reported and we all skipped. We played many games like about 15 then our hands started getting oily so we stopped. Back to the story, After the big meal we had ice cream and cookies and chocolate and more... After we took all the plates and cleaned the table. Then we all went to the living room and watched a series of Netflix called the chosen. It was basically about Jesus' life time up until he dies. We were watching season 1 because season 2 hadn't come out yet. We didn't finish all the episode because they were each 1 hour long so we only watched 3 episodes. Then after I went to my room and played more among us and then watched more among us tiktoks. Then I made 3 tiktoks and then I watched more among us videos.

Explanation: I typed it in word and its a bit more than 200 so just copy and paste half or whatever. You're WELCOME NOW PLEASE HELP ME WRITE MY SUMMARY FOR THE PEOPLE COULD FLY. PRESS MY PROFILE AND ANSWER MY QUESTION PLZ.
