You cannot pass on the street in front of you, but you can pass in the street on your left side because it is just one way.

Turn left on a red light, if no signs prohibit it. It is allowed from a one-way street onto a one-way street.

Red<span> means stop so even if the way is clear, you should not proceed straight ahead.  <span>You cannot turn right also because the street is one-way from right to left.</span></span>
