Answer:

The Dark Game and The Coded Book are alike in different ways. Both of the books share information about spying and they can also show different ways on how to spy, but the novels both reveal that one of them are told by a narrative point of view, and the other was told in a informative view.

The Dark Game and The Coded Book are similar in many ways, for example, both are able to explore code breaking. It was necessary, since the US took the victory from the wars that was in the novels. Another similarity is that they're both based off on true historical events. Lastly, they both explore historical events during a war. Both books used real historical events that did take place during their war. The Dark Game and The Coded Book do have similarities, but can also have differences from each other.

The differences between the books is that they were written with different styles. The Dark Game is written in a narrative style, which helps engage the reader by presenting factual information in a accessible and entertaining way. The details are presented chronologically, and the reader is drawn into the story as it unfolds. It uses vivid descriptions of events in order to dramatize it, which attempts to make the novel more like a story with its conversational tone.

The Coded Book is written in a expository style, which presents information logically, organized around central ideas. It provides details that are to specifically teach the reader. This is different compared to The Dark Game in which The Coded Book wants to inform the reader, while The Dark Game wants to entertain the reader. Despite the feeling that The Dark Game portrays, it is still a factual book, as The Code Book also had a more scientific tone to it. By meanings of the tone in some aspects in both novels, The Code book Is an expository story that is written with a purpose to inform.

Through the writings of both books, The Dark Game is a narrative story that is there to teach the reader about true historical events and is also trying to entertain them at the time. The code book is an expository that's only purpose is to teach\ inform the reader about true historical events. Both are historical novels that although are written with different tone and style both are historical details from an war. Meanwhile, they are very similar and different in many ways, in which can determine, whether its up to the reader on learning about spies.
