Instead a lot of people are so busy standing up for their rights others, or standing up for what they feel like is their rights, or others, they get so caught up in their ego to realize it’s possibly just a little misunderstanding.

Nobody likes to be walked all over, so in order to fix that situation, communication is the best option.
