i know some people whose lost themself to bad coping mechinisms, to growing anxiety, to anger issues, to drinking all their problems away only because "its 2021 and lifes sh1t" life maybe difficult but its not 100% over to just give up on, if you magnify the litte hope that is there it shows in ur mood, mental health, and even those around you. you rub off onto others and if you are constantly uplifting those around you will eventually start having better days simply because they see you doing so well. its only a problem when people fake happiness, because their aura is off even tho on the outside nobody knows. so yea its like psychology sorta ig? but its good to hhhh hope this helped luv
