Which is an example of a social context that may affect a person's behavior?
Leona [35]

Answer:

The correct answer is c) living in a rural area.

Explanation:

When talking about a social context, reference is made to the environment where a person lives and is where the individual develops his interaction with society, where he learns customs and behavior.

The social context will tell us a lot about how the person will develop since human behavior is closely related to the social context.

Social context will influence the actions that the person performs. For example, in this case, the people who live in a rural have different customs than the people who live in an urban area; many times, this simple detail causes people to have different aspirations and develop differently.

Which of the following is TRUE concerning operant conditioning principles?
nignag [31]

Answer:

Fading involves gradually decreasing the frequency of reinforcement for "not-exactly-right" behaviors.

Explanation:

Fading occurs as time passes, and a conditioned response is no longer reinforced:

Fading also is known as Extinction occurred as Pavlov's dogs were no longer given food, so even if the sound they associated kept ringing, their saliva stopped in the absence of the food after a while. (which initially reinforced the conditioning)

It means that the operant behavior will not result in the reinforcing consequences and making eventually the conditioned behavior to stop happening.

If for any reason an exctincted behavior reappears again somehow it has gone through fading , it is called resurgence.

PLZ HELP ME!!
timurjin [86]

Answer:

When the Italian explorer Christopher Columbus inadvertently discovered the Americas, it became known as the New World.

In a series of activities which were mostly commercial in nature for the benefit of Europe, crops (such as sugar, tobacco, chocolate, and potatoes), animals (such as horses), European culture, human populations (both slaves and colonial masters), technology, diseases, and new ways of doing things were exchanged between the "New World" and the "Old World"

In order to make for smooth colonial administration between the African leaders and the Colonial masters, African leaders were bribed with textiles, rum and manufactured goods from Europe.

Slaves were transported from Africa to the Americas to work on plantations of sugar , tobacco and cotton which were then transported to Europe.

This trade is what came to be referred to as the Columbian Exchange.

Europe is said to have benefited more from the Colombian Trade, as there has been a huge shift of resources to Europe , especially gold and silver from the New World and other regions.

Which statement best describes the network of transportation options in modern-day Europe
PtichkaEL [24]

Road, rail, water and air transportation are very important in across Europe and these ways are providing service to 700 million people. Since the beginning of the Industrial Revolution the world started to change drastically, but Europe as the predecessor is until now the leader continent on this topic.

It is important to mention that Europe has the system of trains wich connects all the territory, something that is missing in America, Africa, Middle East and Asia. Except from Japan, they have the fastest bullet trains that connect all the country, maybe this is the only service missing in Eupore to make greater.

Furthermore, some organizations as the European Union and council of Europe develop standards that allow people to cross bordes all over it with unique levels of freedom.

In a statement I describe it: European network of transportation is revolutionary and futuristic; because it is improving its methods to make it faster, cheaper, ecological and more important, it's giving to the world the idea to remove restrictions and borders in order to unify the world as one nation.
