the third paragraph should outline your answer or solution and show the audience how it will work. to do this, you need to outline your solution clearly, demonstrate how it meets the problem, and use examples to show how effective it is. you should support it with facts, graphs, testimonies, and you know the drill. :) the outcome of this paragraph is to get the audience to save themselves, "yes.
