Dear Brother,
I am writing to you to guide you about the school businesses these day. Due to pandemic the school business have faced huge losses especially in the third world countries. At present, only those schools are sustaining or growing which have the most efficient technology systems or heavy amounts ready for investments to maintain the building along with the technological instruments.
Every month the school business owners have to pay school building rent , staff salaries and additional costs ( bills etc.) irrespective of how many students have left or joined the school during the pandemic.
Students rush to those schools where they find daily innovation advancements. So it is difficult to maintain a balance between income and expenses especially at these times.
As I already know that you have a limited amount of hard earned money so I would suggest that you do not buy a school as there is equal risk of profit and loss. Instead you can do any other small business which requires less space, staff and obligations.
Always wishing your best.
Love,
Smith
