I don't believe that people should be required by law to recycle, and punished if they do not. Of course, recycling is great for the environment and the planet, but it is not always possible for everybody to do. For example, people who live in urban areas may not have recycling pick-up, and perhaps they can't afford to drive into a town every week to drop off their recycling. To fine or jail people who don't have the ability to constantly recycle would be unethical. However, if all people had equal access to recycling facilities, I would argue that recycling should be required by law. Unfortunately, this is not currently the case.

In January 8, 1918 Presidnet Woodrow Wilson address to congress proposed a 14-point program for world peace.
People of Austria-Hungary, whose place amomg the nation wished to see peace and feel safe guarded and occupied territories restored seeing also evacuation of Rumania, Serbia and Montenegro.
The fourten points included proposals to ensure world peace in the future, open agreements, arm reductions, freedeom of the seas, fre trade and self determimnation for oppresed minorities.
