Personification is giving human traits to nonhuman things or organism.
In this case, the feathers are personified as being able to "dance", when obviously it isn't exactly "dancing".

The three papers should be compiled together first. Then fold these papers into half. Draw a semi-circle on one side. Afterwards, cut the papers by following the drawn outline. The result would be three identical circles after unfolding the papers.
