An imperative sentence is there not to inform, but to order somebody to do something. Although using the word <em>please </em>makes it sound less of an order, you are still telling somebody to do something - in this case, not to forget to get the dry cleaning. 
A is an interrogative sentence, whereas B and C are declarative.
