number 8 states that “every resident
has the right to be afforded privacy in
treatment and in caring for his or her
personal needs”.
Resident Right 21 entitles residents the right to
meet with a spouse or other person in a room that
assures privacy.
The patient has the right to his or her privacy not only to do her personal hygiene activities but also when he or she is meeting with his or her visitors.

It all began with the economic recession in August 1929, but everything got worst on October 24th, 1929: The Black Thursday, or the Crash of Wall Street, Which affected all the world. Then a year later, Banks began to fail. The economy was dead, not only for the united states, but for the whole world. It stayed like that till World war 2 in 1939.
